Yesterday officially marked the halfway point between the longest and shortest days of the year - the Autumnal Equinox!
In other words, bring on the pumpkin spice lattes! (I realize this is a very divisive statement).
If you don’t know this about me by now, I love embracing cycles and seasons in my business.
Autumn is a time of balance and transition, similar to spring. Day and night are equal again. We’ll be transitioning from the productive energy of summer to the hibernation vibes of winter.
But it’s still a productive time: consider the harvest. If you’ve ever worked on a farm you know harvesting is A LOT of work, but there’s also a very tangible reward.
Make the most of this time by prepping your business for holiday sales, reflecting on what worked and didn’t work this season, planning what to adjust for next year, getting a little more rest, and tying up loose ends.
But most of all now is the time to bring your big picture back into focus and recalibrate if needed.
That’s where I come in.
